Label Profile: Camp Cove Swim

Its no secret that butts are hot right now. The 90's may have been the decade of the booby(thank you Pamela) but from the late noughties through to now, we have seen the rise and rise of the booty. Blame trail-blazers such as J-Lo and Beyoncé. Blame modern muses like Kim K and Iggy Azalea. Whoever we put this booty blame on, there's no denying that butts are big in more ways than one.
One lady who is more than happy to (ahem) get behind this trend is the very talented booty-lover and all round sweetheart Katherine Hampton- the woman at the reigns of Aussie swimwear label 'Camp Cove Swim'.
'Camp Cove Swim' specialises in 'cheeky cut' bottoms created in amazing artist-designed prints. Iggy-fan Katherine designs all of the pieces herself, and they are made with help from her mum Margaret. So when you buy a piece from 'Camp Cove Swim' you are not only getting something awesome, you are supporting independent artists, designers, photographers and ethically made products. And did I mention they are oh-so-pretty?!

On a personal note, I had the pleasure of studying with Katherine and being taught by Margaret at Newcastle TAFE. Trust me when I say, that these two ladies have the talent, the passion and the heart to make you a very special product. From the start of her Fashion studies Katherine had a passion for swimwear of the cutest variety, and I admire her greatly for turning her love into a label that she should be extremely proud of, and all at such a young age! And look, above all else, Katherine and Margaret are just really lovely people. The kind of people you should get behind, support and give your money to!

OK, so this supporting talented designers and artists lark sounds appealing, but you're still not convinced that you can rock a cheeky cut? There is something you need to know: this cut is actually a lot more flattering that you would think. Trust me when I say that this swimwear will make your butt look good. And bear in mind, that if you're looking for a bit of modesty you can always do the booty cut on a one-piece or a high-waisted bottom.
